On May 6, 2022, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont (BCBSVT) proposed an average annual increase of 12.3% over 2022 rates for individual and family plans offered on Vermont Health Connect, with proposed changes ranging from 9.7% to 16.3%. These numbers and/or percentages are subject to change throughout the rate and approval process. As of July 15, 2022, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont (BCBSVT) proposed an average annual increase of 14.9% for Individual plans over 2022 rates offered on Vermont Health Connect.
