Following a review of the filing by Lewis & Ellis, the Green Mountain Care Board’s contract actuaries, MVP increased its proposed rate from 9.4% to 10.9%. On August 8, 2019, the Board modified and approved an average annual increase of 10.1%, with plan-level increases ranging from 5.7% to 13.6%.
