On May 9, 2023, MVP Health Care (MVP) proposed an average annual increase of 12.5% over 2023 rates for small group plans offered on Vermont Health Connect, with proposed changes ranging from 8.4% to 15.2%. On August 7, 2023, the Board approved an average annual increase of approximately 11.5%.
