Description
On 2/7/2019, Cigna Health Life Insurance Company (CHLIC) proposed an average annual rate decrease of -3.6% for its large employer groups (101 or more employees), affecting 534 Vermont members. As of 2/22/19, CHLIC amended its 2/7/19 filing to change the proposed average annual rate for its large employer groups from the decrease of -3.6% to an increase of 0.2%.
