Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) must comply with provisions of the Affordable Care Act. Annually, Vermont Health Connect reviews the QHPs at each metal level (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) and makes recommendations to the GMCB for changes so that each QHP meets the appropriate actuarial value and complies with federal requirements. At its public board meeting on January 17 & 24, the GMCB reviewed and approved the recommended changes for 2019. The plan changes can be viewed here:
