On May 6, 2022, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont (BCBSVT) proposed an average annual increase of 12.5% over 2022 rates for individual and family plans offered on Vermont Health Connect, with proposed changes ranging from 9.9% to 16.1%. These numbers and/or percentages are subject to change throughout the rate and approval process.
